Site Coordinator

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer bulk and commodity deliveries.
• Coordinate supplier drop-shipment deliveries to the site.
• Prepare and follow up on gate pass documentation.
• Escort bulk trucks within the refinery under site safety regulations.
• Coordinate warehouse demand requirements and minimum stock levels.
• Provide weekly updates to the manager and help prevent stockouts.
• Support chemical unloading, supplier truck receiving, and site access activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three to five years of logistics coordination experience is required.
• The role requires lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Five years of logistics coordination experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
