Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Site Civil Engineer for infrastructure, landscaping, and construction projects.
The role manages day-to-day site execution while ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
Site Execution and Coordination
- Supervise on-site construction activities in line with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and workers to ensure smooth site operations.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, and material usage to reduce delays, wastage, and cost overruns.
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports and escalate critical issues to the Project Manager.
Safety and Quality
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Conduct inspections, implement quality control measures, and ensure work meets required standards.
Infrastructure and Landscaping
- Manage infrastructure works including underground utilities, paving, asphalt, and irrigation systems.
- Oversee soft and hard landscaping finishes, decorative elements, and hardscape furniture installations.
