The role covers architectural site works and interior fit-out, finishing, and construction projects from execution through completion.

The position requires 7–10 years of architectural site experience.

Supervise and manage fit-out, finishing, and architectural works at the project site.
Ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor the quality and progress of finishing and fit-out activities.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical details.
Coordinate architectural works with MEP, structural, and other disciplines.
Inspect completed works and verify quality and finishing standards.
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve site issues and maintain progress.
Follow up on RFIs, inspections, and technical approvals.
Ensure approved materials and finishes are properly implemented.
Report project progress, site issues, and observations to project management.
