The employer is seeking an experienced Architectural Site Supervisor for fit-out, finishing, and architectural site works.
The role involves hands-on supervision and follow-up of architectural works at construction project sites.
The position requires 5–10 years of relevant site experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise architectural, fit-out, and finishing works at the project site.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor daily site activities and architectural work progress.
- Follow up on walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, joinery, and other architectural elements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, MEP, structural, and other site disciplines.
- Review architectural and shop drawings and ensure proper site implementation.
- Verify that approved materials are installed and monitor workmanship quality.
- Identify defects and discrepancies and coordinate corrective action.
- Follow up on inspections, RFIs, and technical approvals.
- Report daily progress, observations, and issues to project management.
- Ensure site activities meet the approved schedule and project requirements.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in architectural site works.
- Strong practical experience in fit-out, finishing, and architectural works.
- Previous construction project experience is required.
- Knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and architectural details.
- Hands-on experience supervising contractors and subcontractors on site.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and shop drawings.
- Knowledge of interior finishes, ceilings, flooring, walls, doors, and joinery.
- Relevant practical experience is prioritized; an academic qualification is not mandatory.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site and follow up on daily construction activities.
