Responsibilities
- Conduct reviews and monitoring of construction related architectural submissions for compliance with project specifications
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members
- Coordinate between disciplines for cohesive integration of architectural elements
- Implement and oversee the Assurance system in accordance with project requirements
- Review IFC packages, plans, elevations, sectional drawings, and details for completeness and compliance
- Review interfacing details with façade, landscape, interior design, and external areas
- Ensure standard details are provided and advise on additional details for constructability
- Review details for front of house, common areas, back of house, and service rooms
- Review specific details of handrails, corridors, staircases, fire escape routes for constructability and statutory compliance
- Review lifts and VT details for compliance with interior design finishes and coordination
- Review soft and hard landscape, swimming pools, and related architectural/interior design details
- Review architectural package in coordination with MEP services
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of consultancy experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of finishing tasks (painting, tiling, gypsum board, aluminium, woodworking)
- Expert level proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel
- Experience with scheduling software
- Proven track record in architectural project management and quality control
- Excellent communication skills

Job Description
- The Architect Site role is responsible for ensuring architectural integrity and project compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews and monitoring of construction related architectural submissions for adherence to project specifications.
- Provide authoritative leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Orchestrate coordination between various disciplines for cohesive integration of architectural elements.
- Implement and oversee the Assurance system in accordance with project requirements.
- Review current IFC package.
- Carry out QA/QC for drawings in conjunction with architectural specification.
- Review architectural plans, elevations, sectional drawings, details for completeness and compliance.
- Review and advise on interfacing details with façade, landscape, interior design, external areas.
- Ensure standard details are provided and advise on additional details for constructability.

Qualifications
