Programmed Facility Management has recently been awarded new contracts at Tropicana and Sunrise Dam , and we’re expanding our team to support ongoing operations.

This is a great opportunity to join during a key mobilisation phase , working alongside an established, high-retention crew , while also being supported by a Perth-based administration team .

Working on a 2:1 FIFO roster out of Perth , this role is suited to an experienced Site Administrator who is organised, adaptable, and confident managing a broad range of responsibilities in a fast-paced FIFO environment .

As a Site Administrator, you’ll provide end-to-end administrative support across site operations , working closely with both site teams and the Perth-based support function.

This is a varied, all-rounder role , covering everything from mobilisation and onboarding through to day-to-day site coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring site operations run smoothly, efficiently, and accurately .
