About the Role
MAB Information Technology LLC is seeking a SIRA Portal Coordinator to manage SIRA compliance activities for AMC and project sites in Dubai. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely approvals, inspections, and certifications.

Responsibilities
- Manage the SIRA Portal and Video Guard (VG) Portal for both AMC and project sites
- Create, monitor, and close SIRA and Video Guard portal tickets
- Monitor and update the SIRA fines tracker
- Track client trade license expiry dates and ensure timely renewals for SIRA compliance
- Follow up on AMC contracts requiring SIRA renewals, ensuring continuous compliance with six month validity requirements
- Perform SIRA system pre checks prior to inspections
- Ensure all internal issues are resolved before SIRA inspections
- Plan and coordinate SIRA certifications for ANPR Connectivity, Video Guard Connectivity, AMC and Project Sites
- Coordinate with Site In Charges and IT teams for pre audit activities
- Follow up with Site In Charges regarding corrective actions after SIRA audit reports
- Review and discuss major SPC comments with relevant teams
- Coordinate with the Design Department for drawing revisions and SPC design updates for both AMC and project sites
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline
- SIRA certification or experience working with SIRA regulations is highly preferred
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in SIRA portal coordination, ELV systems, security systems, or regulatory compliance
- Experience working with CCTV, ANPR, Video Guard, Access Control, and related ELV systems is preferred
- Familiarity with AMC and project coordination in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of SIRA regulations and approval procedures
- Experience using SIRA Portal and Video Guard Portal
- Understanding of ELV and security systems, including CCTV, ANPR, Access Control, and Video Guard
- Excellent coordination and follow up skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Good communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Role Overview
- We are looking for a SIRA Portal Coordinator, responsible for managing all SIRA related compliance activities for both Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and project sites.
SIRA Portal & Compliance Management
- Manage the SIRA Portal and Video Guard (VG) Portal for both AMC and project sites.
- Create, monitor, and close SIRA and Video Guard portal tickets.
- Monitor and update the SIRA fines tracker.
- Track client trade license expiry dates and ensure timely renewals for SIRA compliance.
- Follow up on AMC contracts requiring SIRA renewals, ensuring continuous compliance with six month validity requirements.
- Perform SIRA system pre checks prior to inspections.

SIRA Certification & Inspection Coordination
- Plan and coordinate SIRA certifications for ANPR Connectivity, Video Guard Connectivity, AMC and Project Sites.
- Coordinate with Site In Charges and IT teams for pre audit activities.
- Follow up with Site In Charges regarding corrective actions after SIRA audit reports.
- Review and discuss major SPC comments with relevant teams.
- Coordinate with the Design Department for drawing revisions and SPC design updates for both AMC and project sites.
- Monitor the closure of all SIRA observations until final approval.
Vendor & Internal Coordination
- Liaise with ANPR vendors to obtain connectivity certificates for AMC sites.
- Coordinate internally to resolve ANPR connectivity issues.
- Follow up on pending ANPR related payments.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of SIRA related activities.
Client & Consultant Coordination
- Communicate with clients regarding SIRA related queries and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with SIRA consultants and the Pre Sales team for SIRA related technical and regulatory matters.
- Respond promptly to client emails concerning SIRA compliance for AMC sites.
Commercial & Documentation Support
- Follow up on Purchase Orders related to SPC proposals, SIRA inspection charges, and outstanding proposals affecting SIRA status.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of inspections, approvals, certifications, and portal updates.
- Generate periodic reports on SIRA compliance status, pending actions, fines, and certification progress.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor Video Guard offline sites under AMC.
- Prepare regular compliance reports and management updates.
- Ensure timely closure of pending SIRA related tasks and maintain accurate tracking records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- SIRA certification or experience working with SIRA regulations is highly preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in SIRA portal coordination, ELV systems, security systems, or regulatory compliance.
- Experience working with CCTV, ANPR, Video Guard, Access Control, and related ELV systems is preferred.
