To perform routine manufacturing and packaging tasks, including labeling, stacking, packing, wiping, and assembling finished goods.
To perform routine manufacturing and packaging tasks, including labeling, stacking, packing, wiping, and assembling finished goods. Responsibilities are performed in designated production areas as directed by the Production Supervisor to support production requirements while maintaining a safe work environment and contributing to the organization's Target Zero safety goal.
Operate packaging equipment and assist in developing accurate and specific operating procedures.
Maintain equipment in a clean condition and ensure it remains in good working order.
Perform required setup operations in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Produce products according to the daily production schedule and priorities established by the Production Supervisor.
Follow all packaging procedures and review production documentation to ensure products are correctly identified, labeled, and coded.
Perform all required steps to prevent product contamination during batch changeovers in accordance with established SOPs.
Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of production resource numbers, label groups, and packaging materials.
Perform routine equipment cleaning and lubrication and inspect equipment for worn or damaged parts.
Notify the Production Supervisor and Maintenance Lead of equipment issues requiring repair.
Demonstrate flexibility to work alternate shifts as needed to support business operations, including vacation coverage.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
One or more years of manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to lift and move up to 30-50 pounds multiple times throughout the workday.
Ability to stand for periods of up to four hours at a time.
Ability to perform repetitive bending, reaching, stretching, and other physical movements on a daily basis.
Ability to properly use, maintain, and comply with all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements and safety policies.
Contact lenses may not be worn while performing certain job functions, as required by company safety policies.
