Role Overview
Airswift is sourcing a Shutdown Execution and SIMOPS Specialist for a contract role supporting a client in Qatar.
The role is responsible for safe, efficient shutdown execution, concurrent-operations management, stakeholder coordination, and post-shutdown handover.
Location and Start
- The position is located in Qatar.
- The expected start is as soon as possible, typically within one month of notice.
Shutdown Planning and Execution
- Develop, review, and coordinate detailed shutdown execution plans and schedules.
- Sequence shutdown activities against project timelines and client requirements.
- Lead shutdown operations safely, efficiently, and within schedule.
SIMOPS and Interfaces
- Plan and manage SIMOPS activities in live operating environments.
- Identify SIMOPS risks, implement mitigation strategies, and facilitate SIMOPS meetings.
- Coordinate operations, maintenance, contractors, and project teams.
