Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience
- Experience in luxury vehicles is an advantage
- Experience in used cars is an advantage
- Experience in EV sales is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self motivated and target oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious goals
- English language required
- Arabic, Russian, or Chinese preferred

Overview
- We are seeking highly motivated Sales Specialists to join our growing automotive division.
- Inventory covers luxury & exotic cars, premium brands, SUVs, commercial vehicles, EVs, new & pre owned cars.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Generate and convert sales opportunities, handle showroom inquiries, build customer relationships, follow up leads, achieve monthly targets.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and manage customer channels including corporate accounts, fleet buyers, real estate networks, financial & banking networks, automotive contacts, HNWIs, social media leads, international buyers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, deliver exceptional customer service, ensure smooth vehicle delivery and after sales support, generate repeat business and referrals.
- Marketing & Networking: Actively build personal and company brand visibility, utilize social media platforms to generate leads, attend networking events and industry exhibitions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience.
- Experience in luxury vehicles, used cars, or EV sales is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self motivated and target oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious goals.
- Language: English required; Arabic, Russian, or Chinese preferred.
