- Proficient in at least one mainstream CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Proficient in using email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue)
- High proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
- Exceptional attention to detail and audit thinking
- Excellent communication and follow up skills
- Confidentiality awareness
- English language proficiency

Position Overview
- This position is responsible for the daily maintenance and data auditing of the brand/organization's core Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, engaging potential customers through precise newsletter digital marketing, and deeply tracking customer feedback.
- As the 'audit brain' of the sales team, it is responsible for monitoring and verifying sales personnel's CRM entry compliance and performance, and provides decision support to management through efficient file management.

Job Requirements
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in data analysis, business management, or related fields.
- Work experience: 1 3 years of experience in CRM management, sales operations, or digital marketing (Email Marketing).
- Language required: English.
- Proficient in at least one mainstream CRM system (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or industry specific CRM).
- Proficient in using email marketing tools (such as Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.).
- High proficiency in Excel: Strong data processing skills (proficient in using VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc. for sales performance verification).
- Exceptional attention to detail and audit thinking.
- Excellent communication and follow up skills.
- Confidentiality awareness.
