Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in retail or showroom management
- Strong background in sales and team leadership
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of POS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in luxury retail, furniture, jewelry, or similar industries preferred

Overview
