Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions and daily bookkeeping
- Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on customer collections
- Manage accounts payable and supplier payments
- Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations
- Process payroll, employee expenses, and company reimbursements
- Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, tax invoices, and payment schedules
- Monitor project profitability and provide management reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3–5 years UAE accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
- Experience with accounting software such as Zoho, QuickBooks, Odoo, or ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to manage cash flow and collections effectively
- Experience in construction, lighting, interior design, or project based companies is an advantage
- Arabic and English language skills preferred

Job Overview
- We are looking for an ACCOUNTANT with the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities

Additional Tax & Compliance Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit UAE VAT returns accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
- Maintain proper VAT records and supporting documentation.
- Review sales and purchase transactions to ensure correct VAT treatment.
- Reconcile VAT accounts monthly.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants when required.
- Monitor tax deadlines and ensure timely submissions to avoid penalties.
- Assist management with tax planning and compliance matters.
- Prepare documents required for external audits and financial reviews.
- Stay updated with changes in UAE tax laws and regulations.
Requirements
