Overview

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the showroom.
  • Maintain cleanliness, aesthetics, and proper visual merchandising.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for stock replenishment.
  • Ensure all products are properly labeled and displayed.
  • Welcome and assist customers, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
  • Drive sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Lead, train, and motivate showroom staff.
  • Allocate tasks and schedules; ensure staff follow company policies.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support team development.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Manage billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
  • Ensure all documentation and records are accurate and updated.
  • Coordinate with management regarding sales strategy, promotions, and feedback.
  • Minimum 3 Years of UAE Experience in household and Kitchenware products is a must.
  • Proven experience working with ERP platforms is essential
