- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

- Ensure reception and common areas consistently reflect the company's standards
- Coordinate day to day office operations with minimal supervision
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems and company records
- Prepare business correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documentation
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Track renewals, licenses, contracts, insurance policies, and other administrative requirements
- Maintain calendars and support meeting coordination
- Coordinate meetings, company visits, and internal events
- Manage petty cash and expense records
Requirements

About the Role
- We are seeking an exceptional Receptionist & Showroom Executive to become the face and operational backbone of our Abu Dhabi facility.
- This position is ideal only for a well organized, well groomed, and proactive professional who enjoys creating structure, maintaining high standards, and ensuring that daily office operations run seamlessly without supervision.
Key Responsibilities
