About the Role

  • We are seeking an exceptional Receptionist & Showroom Executive to become the face and operational backbone of our Abu Dhabi facility.
  • This position is ideal only for a well organized, well groomed, and proactive professional who enjoys creating structure, maintaining high standards, and ensuring that daily office operations run seamlessly without supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, VIP customers, and business partners professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Represent the company with confidence, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ensure reception and common areas consistently reflect the company's standards.
  • Coordinate day to day office operations with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems and company records.
  • Prepare business correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
  • Track renewals, licenses, contracts, insurance policies, and other administrative requirements.
  • Maintain calendars and support meeting coordination.
  • Coordinate meetings, company visits, and internal events.
  • Follow up on action items and administrative deadlines.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in office administration, executive support, front office, or receptionist roles.
  • Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience supporting senior management or executives.
  • Experience working in professional services, technology, engineering, finance, or corporate environments.
  • Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong problem solving mindset.
  • Natural ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
