About the Role
Altara Social seeks a Shopify E-Commerce Executive to manage daily operations of Shopify stores, coordinate with China-based suppliers, and optimize sales performance. The role requires 1-3 years of Shopify experience and cross-border sourcing knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Shopify stores, including product listings, pricing, collections, inventory, and content updates
- Process online orders and coordinate fulfillment to ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with China based suppliers and manufacturers regarding product sourcing, inventory availability, production schedules, and shipments
- Coordinate new product launches and maintain accurate product information across all online sales channels
- Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, campaigns, and seasonal sales
- Analyze Shopify analytics, sales performance, customer behavior, and conversion metrics
- Optimize product pages, SEO, and merchandising to improve online sales
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and business performance
- Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth import and delivery of products sourced from China
- Support business growth by identifying new product opportunities and strengthening supplier relationships
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience managing Shopify stores or similar e commerce platforms
- Experience coordinating with overseas suppliers, preferably in China
- Understanding of cross border sourcing, procurement, and inventory management
- Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
- Knowledge of Shopify apps, product management, and e commerce best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced e commerce environment

Job Overview

Compensation
- Pay: AED 6,000 AED 10,000 per month
