Responsibilities
- Ensure outlets in the supermarket(s) are properly maintained
- Maintain store shelves by monitoring product displays, removing damaged/expired items, tidying shelves, and ensuring optimal product visibility
- Coordinate with the logistics company to ensure stock availability is maintained
- Work closely with the Marketing department and affiliated companies as needed
- Gather market intelligence and report findings
- Coordinate with other promoters to drive sales growth
- Work with supermarket staff to enhance product visibility, including shelving and display areas
- Maintain the visual appearance of the store(s)
- Handle transportation coordination and oversee stock deliveries
- Confirm and process logistics company invoices and stock documentation
- Assist in placing orders and monitoring fast moving items
- Support in store activities and assist in operational tasks as directed
Requirements
- Ability to commute or relocate as needed
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Previous experience in supermarkets or retail sales is an advantage
