Role Overview
Dunbia is seeking a Shipping Office Administrator to join its team within a meat processing business.
The role supports the smooth despatch of goods from the company facility.
Role Responsibilities
- Work alongside hauliers and suppliers to collect delivery information.
- Complete data entry, track departmental costing, and report irregularities.
- Produce and distribute despatch paperwork.
- Ensure all administration procedures are carried out correctly.
- Complete filing and general administrative duties.
- Work with despatch and transport teams to meet customer demands.
Criteria
- Good organisational and communication skills are required.
- Candidates should work well to strict deadlines and cope under pressure.
- A good level of English is advantageous but not necessary.
- Candidates should be flexible and able to work extra hours when required.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
- Candidates should be able to work well as part of a team.
