Role Overview
Dunbia Group is seeking a Shipping Office Administrator for its food processing business.
The role supports the smooth dispatch of goods from the facility and works with shipping, transport and dispatch teams.
Shipping Office Responsibilities
- Work with hauliers and suppliers to collect delivery information.
- Perform data entry, track departmental costing and report irregularities.
- Produce and distribute dispatch paperwork.
- Ensure administration procedures are completed correctly.
- Complete filing and general administrative duties.
- Work with dispatch and transport teams to meet customer demands.
Candidate Criteria
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and cope under pressure.
- Flexibility to work extra hours when required.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- A good level of English is advantageous but not essential.
Pay and Benefits
