- The Shipping & Receiving Representative II is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment of new or used product and equipment that leads to a high level of client satisfaction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Perform daily receipt process by entering into company computer system from incoming UPS and truck shipments.
- Perform daily shipping of new or used copier equipment or IT products.
- Stage and prepare orders for delivery or UPS shipment.
- Enter daily transfers or adjustments.
- Perform local deliveries meeting client deadlines.
- Ship parts for Technicians daily while meeting deadlines.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts quarterly.
- Provide backup assistance to other Shipping & Receiving team members when they are out including becoming cross trained in their areas.
- Accurately maintain and comply with documentation and administrative procedures in a timely basis to include time entry process.
- Attend required company and departmental meetings.
- Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma required.
- Previous experience in a shipping and receiving or similar role preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License, proof of personal insurance, and an acceptable driving record.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications, vendor software, and company specific programs.
- Well-developed organizational and time/task management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality;
