Core Responsibilities

Process Engineering & Continuous Improvement

Lead day-to-day process engineering initiatives and drive continuous improvement across operations to meet business goals.

Develop, optimize, and implement cost-efficient production and processing methods that adhere to strict quality standards.

Investigate, analyze, and resolve work-in-process issues across functional areas and operational sites.

Analyze and research materials, fabrication methods, and application processes to optimize performance in structural and system designs.

Operations Support & Compliance

Execute rigorous qualification procedures to guarantee consistent deliverable quality.

Monitor daily operations to ensure strict adherence to approved manufacturing methods, safety standards, and quality protocols.

Support the shared strategic vision of the Operations division by executing targeted development plans.

Prepare detailed management reports regarding process metrics, continuous improvement progress, and operational performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Training

Engage shop-floor personnel and cross-functional teams to implement process changes and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.

Rotate across different departments or locations as directed by Assignment Managers to gain broad functional exposure.

Attend assigned training programs and apply newly acquired knowledge directly to daily operations and projects.

Foster a collaborative environment aligned with the Corporation’s Code of Business Ethics and Values.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Printing, Mechanical. Textile, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field).

Experience

3–5 years of industrial experience in manufacturing.

Proven track record in process engineering & CI projects.

RFID or label production manufacturing experience (preferred)|

Technical Skills

  • Strong scientific, engineering, and analytical capabilities
  • Expertise in process documentation and workflow optimization
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Competencies

Strong record of integrity, honesty, and trust-building.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced matrix/multicultural environment with minimal supervision.
