Shift Leader Packaging Engineer

Safety & Compliance - Safe shift execution, GMP adherence, training compliance and timely closure of assigned actions.

Quality - Right-first-time performance (RFT), documentation accuracy, process adherence and deviation reduction and defect reductions.

Service & Productivity - Production-plan attainment, schedule adherence, cycle performance, yield, waste and labour productivity.

Reliability - Effective breakdown response, equipment-care compliance and reduction of recurring process losses. Plant maintenance compliances and autonomous maintenance Compliance.

People & HAPS - Role qualification, multi-skilling, engagement, DDS effectiveness and delivery of improvement actions.

Effective CAPA closer and conducting root cause analysis and problem solving.

Cost Management, Productivity, and overtime cost savings through continues improvements. Waste, Scrap and rework reduction.
