Shift Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Shift Lead to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that shifts run smoothly and efficiently, particularly in the absence of management. Lead by example and model all company policies and procedures at all times.

Maintain a positive attitude and steady workflow among employees.

Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and expectations without favoritism.

Prioritize safety for both staff and customers at all times.

Recognize and reinforce employees who embody the company’s values and address those who do not.

Communicate effectively regarding potential improvements and solutions.

Train for three days on the morning shift to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
