Shift Engineer - Maintenance

High availability and reliability of production equipment.

Reduction in unplanned downtime and repeat equipment failures.

Completion of preventive maintenance activities within agreed schedules.

Safe and timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.

Accurate and up-to-date maintenance records and reports.

Successful installation and commissioning of new equipment and processes.

Compliance with maintenance, quality and workplace health and safety requirements.

Contribution to continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

Relevant experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance or engineering support.

Experience in an automotive, engineering or high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.

Experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.

Experience working with maintenance management systems and technical documentation.

Experience supporting production lines, automated equipment or industrial machinery preferred.

Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality.

Proactive and results-oriented approach.

Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to priorities tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

Commitment to accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Technical qualification, apprenticeship or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline.

Relevant maintenance, engineering or industrial automation certification preferred.
