To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme:

Possess a Bachelor, Master or PhD degree.

Should be in your final year of study or have less than one year (for Master degree holder) or two years (for Bachelor degree holder) of relevant work experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Possess leadership presence and involvement in team working environment experience.

You are required to have graduated prior to Aug. 2027
