Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Sheesha Maker to join our restaurant team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of preparing and serving different flavors of sheesha while maintaining high hygiene and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve sheesha according to customer preferences
- Ensure proper heat management and quality of sheesha throughout service
- Clean and maintain sheesha equipment and work area
- Recommend flavors and combinations to customers
- Monitor coal replacement and customer satisfaction
- Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant standards
- Manage stock of flavors, coal, and sheesha accessories
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sheesha Maker in a restaurant, café, or lounge
- Knowledge of sheesha flavors and preparation techniques
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Candidates currently available in UAE preferred
