- Experience in hotels, fine dining, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- Strong knowledge of continental cuisine, sauces, steaks, pasta, burgers, seafood, and grilled dishes
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high quality standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Currently available in the UAE or willing to relocate
