- Prepare and marinate chicken and meat shawarma according to company recipes
- Assemble and operate shawarma machines safely and efficiently
- Slice and serve shawarma with consistent quality and presentation
- Prepare shawarma sandwiches, platters, and related Arabic fast food items
- Monitor stock levels and maintain proper food storage procedures
- Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness, and HACCP standards are followed at all times
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and kitchen organization
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Shawarma Maker in a restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Arabic shawarma preparation and seasoning
- Ability to prepare both chicken and meat shawarma
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
