This position is responsible to lead, motivate, and support our Knoxville restoration division to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development.

This role oversees all operational activities and ensures the completion of operational objectives.

• Continuously pursue strategic and operational objectives.
• Oversee the management of operational activities.
• Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer and client experience.
• Work closely with local staff to ensure operations remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage the restoration personnel.
• Make sure standards are of high quality and ensure all services comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
