Our Construction Superintendent is responsible for managing a wide range of construction projects.
This role is responsible for ensuring a high quality of service in for customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved in construction services.

Join SERVPRO® Team Cuthbertson as a Construction Superintendent, where you’ll be at the heart of reaching customers in our construction operations and ensuring smooth processes and effective construction project management.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders for seamless project execution, achieve financial objectives, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
You’ll lead and develop our construction team, managing a wide range of responsibilities including recruitment, training, performance management, and project coordination.
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional who excels in communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall satisfaction of the customer and client experience.
- Develop scope of work, review estimates, set expectations, and obtain customer and client approval of project scope of work.
- Create project schedules and timelines, coordinate and oversee the execution of services, conduct quality assurance activities, and resolve issues.
- Document and or review job file to support the services provided.
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work. Ensure proper permits are acquired.
- Review project budget, manage expenses and company assets, collect deposits and draws, and assist in collecting final payments.
