Services Sales Development Representative III

Performance Measures

• Performance is measured by new service revenue, new customer acquisition, qualified pipeline creation, and Service Agreement penetration growth.
• Additional measures include contract conversion, competitive displacement wins, win rate, spares sales, quota attainment, renewal performance, and forecast accuracy.
• The role is also measured by prospecting activity, customer meetings, opportunities created, Salesforce.com compliance, and pipeline management.

Required Knowledge and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant commercial experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales, business development, account management, or another customer-facing commercial role.
• Experience in analytical instrumentation, life sciences, industrial technology, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, build pipeline, acquire customers, and close new business.
• Experience selling complex service solutions associated with capital equipment or technical instrumentation.
• Strong consultative selling, discovery, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across technical, procurement, business, and executive levels.
• Strong organizational and territory management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sales cycles.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms; Salesforce.com experience is preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 35% across the assigned territory.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Production, Process and Analytics or process analytics, particularly cement and minerals applications, is advantageous.
• Experience with analytical instrumentation, mining and minerals, technical drawings, Bills of Materials, radiation awareness, strategic account management, aftermarket sales, or capital equipment lifecycle solutions is advantageous.
