• Senior Material Handler
• Position Summary:
• Responsible for the successful completion of all aspects of Material Handling work tasks. Able to demonstrate specialist knowledge in 3 designated work tasks from Goods Receipt, work order kitting, releasing of goods into inventory, label printing and shipping. Ensure site schedule adherence for all internal customers is achieved in a timely and efficient manner. Be supportive of subordinates and be a go to person for problem solving and leadership in the absence of team leader. Be supportive of Team Leader in the day to day running of the team. Understand and implement all process improvements including PR administration, Change control (ECO’s) utilising the PPI methodology. A customer focused attitude and approach to all daily tasks, ensuring customer needs are met. Ensure inventory accuracy targets are met across all materials. Cover for team leader as required at daily and project meetings, supporting the team in achieving their goals.
