Services Operations Sr. Analyst

Assist Sales and Delivery leads to ensure consistent and timely application of Services operations processes

Prepare materials for weekly, monthly, and quarterly Services portfolio reviews

Assist with overall account operations as needed

Qualifications :

1-3+ years of management experience

3-5 total years of overall professional experience

Experience working inside of a Management Consulting/IT Services Organization

Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence

Detailed understanding of Global Leadership goals & initiatives

Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills

Self-directed, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands

Experience with Agile processes, e.g., Kanban board-driven development projects

Strong business acumen & interpersonal skills; ability to negotiate with business partners

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $84,000 to $105,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
