Act as the technical design authority for ServiceNow implementations, owning end-to-end solution architecture including platform security Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned to: ServiceNow best practices and roadmap Customer enterprise architecture standards Government and regulatory requirements Own architectural decisions across: Data models Integrations CMDB Security and access controls Performance and scalability Hands-On Delivery Contribute directly to delivery, balancing architecture leadership with hands-on implementation Ensure solutions are practical, implementable, and aligned to real customer outcomes Enterprise Workflow Design Help customers design and implement workflows that extend across both business and technology domains Move beyond ITSM and support adoption across broader ServiceNow capabilities and enterprise use cases Translate business challenges into platform-enabled solutions that deliver measurable value Customer Engagement & Co-Design Lead requirements and co-design workshops with business and technical stakeholders Translate customer needs into clear, implementable solution designs Operate as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders Pre-Sales & Solutioning Contribute to pre-sales activities including: Solution architecture designs Technical inputs to proposals and estimates Customer presentations and bids Support the shaping of solutions that align to customer outcomes and Atturra capabilities Quality & Security Ownership Ensure solutions meet defined quality standards and architectural guardrails Identify and mitigate technical and security risks early in the delivery lifecycle Practice Contribution & Mentoring Support the growth and maturity of the ServiceNow practice through: Development of reusable assets and architectural patterns Coaching and mentoring of consultants and developers Contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning Working Conditions: Australian Citizen Permanent full time or contract Open to all major locations e.g., Sydney/Canberra/Melbourne/Brisbane/Perth What will make you successful in this role?
