Network Engineer

What you’ll be doing We are seeking a talented Network Engineer who excels in a dynamic environment, has a can-do attitude and provides outstanding customer support.

You will be assisting the team supporting a secure and robust Wi-Fi network environment using Cisco technologies, Palo firewalls, and other tools.

You will assist with day to day support, patching and updates to ensure optimal performance and reliability for our high value clients.

Oversee day-to-day operations of our Client multi-site Secure Wi-Fi networks, prioritizing security, performance and reliability.

Monitor network performance, troubleshoot problems, and address incidents promptly.

Assist with upgrades and new site build and deployments.

Enhance the security posture of the environment to align with the ISM.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, processes and knowledge base articles.

• Australian Citizen with NV1 Security Clearance Mandatory What will make you successful in this role? 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on Cisco, Palo, and Fortinet technologies and solutions.

in Cisco ISE, Cisco switches\Router and Wifi, Experience in Palo firewalls.

with IPSEC VPN technologies Experience with Monitoring and SNMP ( PRTG preferred)

working with the ISM and essential 8.

Exposure to Open Gear OOB, Beyond Trust, AWS, Tenable desirable Exposure to Ekahau AI Pro desirable Strong understanding of network protocols, security best practices Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
