The ServiceNow Senior Developer is an integral part of Latham’s Technology & Information Services team. This role will be responsible for the design and development of custom applications and configurations/customisations required to support application stakeholders on the ServiceNow platform, while performing advanced to expert-level development tasks within the Service Catalog and most modules within the ServiceNow platform.

This role will be located in our Manchester office and will be required to be in the office 3 days per week.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Integrating and developing AI-driven solutions within the ServiceNow platform, leveraging capabilities such as AI Agent Studio (Agentic AI), Now Assist (Generative AI), Conversational AI and Search (Virtual agent), and predictive intelligence (Machine Learning) to enhance automation and improve service delivery
• Developing within the extensive inventory of custom applications within the ServiceNow platform
• Performing key advanced development tasks specific in support of enterprise projects and initiatives
• Participating in process flow analysis and process redesign along with stakeholders and team members
• Creating and/or maintaining Service Catalog items, some of which require complex catalog development experience and knowledge
