- Plan, design, and execute manual test cases for ServiceNow enhancements, configurations, and integrations
- Support and contribute to automated testing where applicable, including regression and repeatable test scenarios
- Validate ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, forms, scripts, and integrations against documented requirements
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, working closely with developers and delivery teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure requirements are testable and clearly understood
- Ensure testing aligns with enterprise quality standards and release management processes
- Support testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and execution results
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow QA Analyst, with a strong focus on manual testing and some exposure to automated testing
- Hands on experience testing ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and integrations
- Experience working with multiple ServiceNow modules, particularly Finance and Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Service Catalog and Software Asset Management (SAM), Data and Enterprise Common Platform (ECP), Security Incident Response (SIR), Customer Service Business Case (CSBC)
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect management
- Experience working in an Agile delivery environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify edge cases and potential risks
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams

- This role will focus on manual testing with some exposure to automated testing, ensuring ServiceNow configurations, workflows, integrations, and modules meet business, technical, and compliance requirements.

- Hands on experience testing ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and integrations
- Experience working with multiple ServiceNow modules, particularly those listed above
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect management
- Experience working in an Agile delivery environment
