Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Servicenow Project Manager

to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing ServiceNow initiatives across multiple modules.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to maintain efficient project timelines and coordination.
  • Proficiency in Project Management with the ability to organize, lead, and complete projects within scope and deadlines.
  • Experience in Inspection processes with attention to quality assurance and compliance.
  • Expertise in Logistics Management to handle resource allocation and supply chain optimization.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platforms and their functionality is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in leveraging project management tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage ServiceNow projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams — developers, administrators, and business analysts — to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance.
  • Conduct regular project reviews, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling for multiple ServiceNow projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management and ServiceNow delivery.

What You’ll Lead

  • End-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects
  • Onsite coordination between clients, architects, developers, and stakeholders
  • Planning, execution, and governance across scope, timeline, and budget
  • Agile / hybrid delivery, risk management, and clear client communication
  • Ensuring every project aligns with ServiceNow best practices and business value

Who This Role Is For
