- Experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements
- Experience driving ServiceNow ITSM enhancements, standardisation and automation
- Ability to produce BRDs, FSDs, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience supporting Agile delivery, UAT and go live activities
