ServiceNow Administrator

Following Qualifications are a plus

• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification and/or Certified Implementation Specialist preferred preferred
• Experience with configuring Service Operations Workspace
• Strong analytic, planning, organizational and communication skills with the ability to provide concise business translation of technical requirements and descriptions.
• Experience working with HAM/SAM, Discovery/Service Mapping, CSM, Flow Designer/IntegrationHub
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
