About Your Workplace

  • An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate, motivated and customer-focused Service Technician to join the Miele team in a permanent full-time capacity. Equipped with a fully maintained company vehicle, tools of trade and industry-leading training, you’ll be out on the road visiting customers and servicing our premium domestic appliances.
  • As the face of the Miele brand, you’ll combine technical expertise with exceptional customer service to deliver high-quality repairs and support in customers’ homes. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems and building strong relationships with customers while working with premium products renowned for quality, longevity and sustainability.

Your Responsibilities

  • Carry out quality service repairs and fault diagnosis on Miele domestic appliances in customer homes and occasionally in the workshop
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professional communication and service excellence
  • Manage allocated jobs efficiently to achieve strong first-time-fix results and minimise downtime
  • Complete service documentation, invoices and payment processing accurately and on time
  • Maintain van stock, tools and company equipment to ensure operational readiness
  • Resolve customer concerns in the field and escalate technical issues where required
  • Stay up to date with technical knowledge, product training and evolving technologies

Must-have:

  • Minimum disconnect/reconnect electrical licence
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across electrical and mechanical systems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Current and valid Australian driver’s licence
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritise workloads

Nice-to-have:

Unrestricted electrical licence

Gas and/or refrigeration licence

Experience in whitegoods, appliances, electrical trades or field service environments

Experience working with KPIs and mobile technology systems
