About Your Workplace
- Join Miele’s Logistics team and become an important part of the customer journey, ensuring our premium products arrive safely, on time and ready for use. As a Driver / Installer, you'll represent the Miele brand every time you’re on the road, delivering products to our business partners and providing professional, courteous service at every interaction.
- This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being active, working independently and meeting customers while taking pride in delivering a high-quality service.
Your Responsibilities
- Safely load, transport and deliver Miele products to business partners in line with planned routes and schedules
- Collect and return goods to Miele as required, ensuring products are handled with care
- Complete appliance installations and removal of existing appliances where required
- Provide professional and courteous customer service that reflects the Miele brand
- Complete all required transport and delivery documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain a strong focus on on-time delivery, minimising transport damage and incomplete deliveries
- Work collaboratively with Miele teams, business partners and logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery operations
Must-have
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to work to delivery schedules
- Good spatial awareness and confidence working independently
- Ability to undertake manual handling duties
- Professional, reliable and safety-focused approach to work
Nice-to-have
Final-mile delivery experience
Relevant truck, forklift, manual handling, dangerous goods or electrical licences
Experience with appliance delivery or installation
Basic computer skills and confidence learning systems such as SAP or similar
