- Position Overview:
- We are looking for an experienced Boiler Service Technician with at least 5 years of hands-on experience servicing all boiler systems. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repair work, ensuring that our clients’ systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic and repair services on boilers, including troubleshooting issues with combustion, fuel handling, and heat exchange systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to optimize system performance and longevity.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and company protocols.
- Collaborate with clients to explain technical issues, offer solutions, and recommend system improvements.
- Document service work, including problem diagnosis, parts used, and repair solutions.
- Remain current on Thermogenics technology updates, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
- Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with all boiler systems.
- Certification: Relevant boiler, or mechanical certifications are preferred
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of boiler mechanics, combustion systems, and electrical control systems.
- Skills: Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills; strong written and verbal communication.
- Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
