This is a full-time, on-site Service Technician role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Install, maintain, and repair packaging machines and related equipment at customer locations and within company facilities.

Perform routine and preventive maintenance, diagnose technical issues, and execute efficient repairs to minimize downtime.

Conduct field service visits, on-site inspections, and document work performed in service reports.

Interact directly with customers, provide guidance on equipment use, and coordinate with internal teams on parts availability and service standards.
