Role Description
The Sales Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The position supports the sales team with daily administration and helps maintain a smooth sales cycle.
Core Responsibilities
- Process orders, prepare quotations, and maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments and respond to inquiries.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and documentation.
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM or sales databases.
- Support customer service activities and help resolve issues or improve processes.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills focused on responsiveness, professionalism, and relationship-building.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in order processing, quotations, invoicing, and delivery tracking.
- Administrative experience including document management, data entry, and organized record maintenance.
