Service Team Leader

As a Checkout Team Leader, you're the driving force behind the front end of our store operations. You’ll bring a proactive approach, keeping things running smoothly across checkouts, customer service, kiosks, and car parks.

In this role, you’ll be on hand to:

Be visible on the shop floor: Stay out front with your team, using headsets to jump in quickly, support colleagues, and keep queues moving so customers can get on with their day.

Lead a friendly, helpful team : Build an encouraging team culture where colleagues feel trusted, listened to, and recognised for a job well done.

Keep standards high, safe, and legal : Make sure all daily processes, cash handling, and legal obligations are followed properly every shift.

Use data to make good calls : Look at store reports and dashboards to spot what’s working, fix problems quickly, and keep improving the checkout experience for everyone.

Keep waste down : Help keep the department tidy and organised, making sure put-backs are handled promptly to minimise waste.
