Role Overview
Support customer education operations across onsite, virtual, regional, and eLearning programs.
Coordinate training logistics, reporting, systems updates, course administration, and customer communications.
Responsibilities
- Manage training logistics and course administration.
- Prepare reporting and update business systems.
- Use Compass, CVENT, Smartsheet, and other business tools to execute training activities accurately.
- Improve processes and maintain data accuracy.
- Communicate with customers and deliver a seamless customer training experience.
Requirements
- Ability to manage training logistics, reporting, systems updates, course administration, and customer communications.
- Ability to maintain accurate data and execute training activities across onsite, virtual, regional, and eLearning programs.
