Role Overview
Oversee complex Baroid service-line work at the wellsite under general supervision.
The role focuses on service quality, crew performance, training, safety, and environmental compliance.
Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, direct, and oversee complex service-line work at the wellsite.
- Perform necessary calculations for the total job at the wellsite.
- Evaluate crew performance and train operators to improve performance.
- Participate in quality improvement and promote safety and environmental awareness.
- Comply with and enforce applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures, regulations, and guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of seven years of experience is required.
- Effective communication, basic mathematics, reading comprehension, and writing skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic computer skills are preferred.
- Completion of specific Baroid training is preferred.
