Role overview
The Service Supervisor III leads a crew providing slickline services in a geographic area under all operating conditions.
The role combines customer coordination, job preparation, technical problem solving, equipment readiness, field maintenance, and crew mentoring.
The position operates within Halliburton's Wireline and Perforating product service line.
Job duties
- Lead slickline crews and ensure customer satisfaction at the well site.
- Review job designs and confirm equipment and processes are suitable for the job purpose.
- Confirm that units, WPCE, and downhole tools are ready, complete, and correct.
- Apply technical knowledge to resolve unanticipated situations and consult the operations base when needed.
- Maintain equipment, perform emergency field maintenance, and coordinate with third parties.
- Mentor and assess service operators and operator assistants.
- Complete HSE assessments, risk analyses, safety meetings, PPE checks, and related documentation.
- Complete well-site and post-job paperwork and participate in post-job reviews and quality improvement.
