We are looking for a commercially focused and people-oriented Service Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team based in Melbourne, VIC .

In this role, you will enable growth across our lift and escalator maintenance portfolios, build trusted customer partnerships, and coach a motivated team to deliver great results.

You will lead customer strategy by identifying opportunities, improving sales capability, and creating a high-performance culture built on collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

What will you be doing?

• Lead, coach and develop a motivated team of sales professionals to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
• Build trusted, long-term customer relationships that create value for customers and KONE.
• Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs, identify opportunities and grow maintenance portfolios.
• Drive sales performance, margin discipline and pipeline execution in line with KONE guidelines.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to align customer solutions, operational delivery and commercial priorities.
• Provide clear weekly and monthly reports, forecasts and performance insights.
• Champion continuous improvement across sales processes, capability and customer experience.
